Privacy Policy

Last updated: [add date when you publish this]

QuickFlip Maths is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

Nothing is sent off your device. QuickFlip Maths does not require an account, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not transmit any data to us or to third parties.

What's stored on your device

The app stores the following locally, using Apple's standard on-device storage (and, for your streak, a small shared container so it can appear in the Home Screen widget):

  • Your session history, accuracy, and timing per topic
  • Questions you've answered incorrectly, kept in your Mistake Bank
  • Your settings — theme, difficulty mode, selected topics, and an exam date if you choose to set one

None of this ever leaves your device. It isn't linked to your identity, and we have no access to it.

Notifications

If you turn on daily reminders in Settings, QuickFlip Maths asks iOS for permission to send local notifications. These are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device — no notification service or third party is involved.

Children's privacy

QuickFlip Maths is designed for GCSE students and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data held about any user, child or adult.

Deleting your data

Settings → Reset All Stats permanently clears your session history, Mistake Bank, and stats. Deleting the app removes everything else stored on your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
